From Dean Chandler, Keaau Street Fair and Celebration
Committee, dated June 25, 1980 requesting approval
to close off one block in Keaau, from Shipman Street
to Highway 13, for their annual Keaau Street Fair and
celebration on August 17 , 1980 from 8 a.m. 'to 10 p.m. ;
recommends Council approve the request of the Keaau Street Fair and
Celebration Committee to close off one block in Keaau, from Shipman
Street to Highway 13 on August 17, 1980 from 8 a.m® to 10 p.m. , provided
that the conditions required by the Police Department, Fire Department,
Hilo Hospital and Public. Works Department are complied with.
