From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess dated
August 18, 1980, submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by
the Department of Public Works; also that the
roadways have been constructed according to
County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the YcCoy
Plantation Subdivision, Increment I, Part A, South, .Kona.; and that
the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
