From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated August 13,
1980 transmitting for adoption, an abandonment
resolution which has been reviewed and approved by
the Corporation Counsel' s Office. Informs a portion
of the subject roadway is no longer needed for
public purpose and is recommendedfor abandonment:,
recommends Council approve- and adopt. Resolution 683 to abandon a portion
of Manowaiopae Homestead Road Reserve, Manowaiopae Homesteads, North Hilo .
