From Nary W. Earl, Civics Chairman, Hilo Woman' s
Club, dated August 14, 1980 requesting the County
to pave the shoulders of Lele Street to facilitate
the movement of traffic;
recommends administration consider paving the shoulders of Lele Street and
that the work be done in-house, if feasible..
