Poindexter, Council Chair r, and Members of the Hawai`i County Council FROM: °Jen Ruggles, Council Member SUBJECT: A Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 213-17; A Resolution Determining the Real Property Tax Rates for the County of Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2018. Below is a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 213-17 to amend the real property tax rates as proposed in the Operating Budget(Bill No. 11, Draft 2) for fiscal year 2017-2018. The amendment also changes revenues and revenue percentages based on the amended rates. A corresponding budget amendment to Bill No. 11, Draft 2, has also been submitted for processing. The proposed amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to Resolution No. 213-17 (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is underscored).
