From Corporation Counsel. Stephen G. Bess, dated
September 9, 1980 submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deeds. Informs the descriptions
have been checked and found. to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that the roadways
have been constructed according to County standards ;
recommends Councilaccept the road dedication deeds for the Serrao
Vineyard Subdivision, P onahawai, South Hilo; and that the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
