KAILUA VIEW ESTATES, UNITS II AND III
AHUAUKEAE 1ST, N. KONA, HAWAII
From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Bess, dated
September 9, 1980 submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that the roadway
has been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Kailua View
Estates, Units II and III, Ahuaukeae 1st, North Kona; and that the
dccuments be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
