DRAINAGE PURPOSES
KAMUELA VIEW ESTATES, UNITS 1-A AND 1-B
OTJLI', S. 'KOHALAA, HAWAII
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes ,
dated September 16, 1980 submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed and grant of easements .
Informs the descriptions have been checked and found
to be acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
I � also that the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed and grant of drainage
easements for Kamuela View Estates, Units 1-A and 1-B, Ouli, South Kohala;
and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for
recordation. -
