From Deputy Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes ,
dated September 24 , 1980 submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that the roadway
- has been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Waiakea Highlands
Subdivision, South Hilo; and that the documents be forwarded to the
Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
