From Deputy Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes,
dated September 25, 1980 submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed and partial release of
first and second mortgages . Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Departmp.rit of Public Works; also that the roadway
.has been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the. road dedication deed for Kalani Sunset,
Holualoa 3rd, North Kona.; and that'. the documents be forwarded to the
Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
