SUBJECT: Bill No. 11, Draft 3; Proposed Operating Budget for FY 2017-2018
This is to transmit Bill No. 11, Draft 3, which is the result of amendments approved at the June 5,
2017, Special Meeting of the Council. Section 3 of the bill was amended to remove a new position,
Deputy Director of Information Technology, and changed the funding source for the Prosecutor's
Legal Clerk I position from Federal grant to County funding and its status from temporary to
permanent. The Operating Budget has been reduced by $423,303 for an amended total of
$490,818,577. The amended revenue and expenditure accounts are shown below:
