SUBJECT: A Resolution Approving the Establishment of a Sister-City Relationship Between the
Municipality of Cabugao, Province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines and the County of Hawai`i,
and Authorizing the Mayor of the County of Hawai`i to Enter into a Formal Signed
Agreement.
Enclosed is a resolution regarding the establishment of a Sister-City relationship between the
County of Hawai`i and the Municipality of Cabugao, Province of Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
I am requesting that this resolution be placed on the appropriate Committee agenda for
June 22, 2017.
