RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 220-17, Draft 2; A Resolution to amend Resolution
189-17 authorizing the payment of funds of a later Fiscal Year for a Multi-Year
agreement with the State of Hawai`i Employees' Retirement System (ERS).
Attached is Resolution No. 220-17, Draft 2. The Council amended Resolution No. 220-17, with
the contents of Communication No. 302.1, during its June 7, 2017, meeting.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 24(1)(e))requiring the holdover of a substantively
amended resolution and adopted Resolution No. 220-17, as amended to Draft 2.
The Council suspended its rule (Rule No. 15(2))requiring a five-day holdover for
reconsideration.
