Your Committee on Economic Development to which was referred:
Res. 212: KOHALA DITCH SYSTEM
Urges the Department of Land and Natural Resources
to meet with the Kohala Corporation and discuss
methods of improvement, expansion and transfer of
the Kohala Ditch System to the State which will
firmly establish the Ditch System as a reliable
water source for the people of Hawaii affording
agricultural expansionandeconomic development;
(Intr. by: Mr. Schutte)
recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 212.
