Your Committee on Economic Development to which was referred:
Res. 246: PAPAYA INDUSTJRY
Requesting the Mayor of the County of Hawaii and the
Governor of the State of Hawaii to do everything within
their powers to alleviate the problems associated with
the treatment of papayas for export; and that the
State, County and the . Papaya Industry be encouraged to
initiate a coordinatedconsumer publicity campaign to
educate the consumer as to the nutritional and flavor-
- ful qualifies of papayas;
