VFSSEL USNS CHEPACHET
Supports the transfer of the OTEC-1 test vessel
USNS CHEPACHET to the State of Hawaii for its
use to further explore the area of ocean science
in the Hawaiian waters by the University of Hawaii
and other State and Federal agencies;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 309 .
