From Councilwoman Helene H. Hale dated March 9 , 1982 ,
transmitting an article , "Productivity in Government:
It Can Work" from the January', 1982 issue of the
Human Development News which she feels is very
constructive and asks if a workshop could be scheduled
with the administration to discuss the matter;
recommends the Communication be referred to the Administration and
request that they work with the Legislative Auditor' s Office to set
up a workshop on productivity in government.
