TAIWAN AND HONG KONG
From H. Stuart Kearns, Jr.. , Director of Research and
Development, dated July 12, 1982, transmitting for
information, his report to Mayor Matayoshi on the
Big Island High Technology Industrial Mission to
Taiwan and Hong Kong in May;
recommends Council concur with the recommendations of the Research and
Development Director, as listed on Page 5 of his report to the Mayor,
and that the administration implement said recommendations.
