Your Committee on Economic Development to which was referred:

Res. 432 : SPACE STUDY REPORT
Requests that any plans or expenditure of funds for
the relocation of any County agency from the
County Building be held in abeyance until such
time as the space study .report now before the
Council can be fully deliberated upon and meaningful
recommendations made; and that the Chief Engineer
be directed not to call for bids and the Finance
Director not certify fund availability for the
renovation of the Hilo Hospital;

recommends Resolution 432 be adopted by the Council.
