Res. 519 : .H:ILO ALTERNATE GATEWAY
Supporting the conideration of Hilo as a primary
or alternate gateway by those airlines which
presently provide direct flights to Hawaii;
(Intr. by Mr. Schutte)
recommends a new paragraph be added after th.e sixth paragraph of
Resolution 519 to read:
"Whereas, foreign and domestic flights presently using the Honolulu
International Airport for purposes of refueling and replenishment of
supplies should be directed to the General Lyman Field facility as it
is more than capable of providing such services ; and "
Further recommends Resolution 519 , 2nd draft, be adopted by th.e Council.
