4esr41... 568 : HAWAII PUBLIC BROADCASTING AUTHORITY
Extends wholehearted support to improve the
television reception contemplated by the Hawaii
Public Broadcasting Authority and in obtaining
necessary matching capital funds and operating
funds earmarked for preventive maintenance for
the transmitters, thus enabling fringe areas
• similar to the Ka 'u District to enjoy excellent
television programing now offered by the HPBA;
