BioEnergy Development Corporation, dated
March 24 , 1983, submitting for review their 1982
• Annual Report. Informs they have recently
submitted three Renewal Proposals to the
Department of Energy and asks assistance in
encouraging legislation in Congress to allow them
to continue their study on the feasibility of
growing Eucalyptus trees as an alternate source
of fuel in the form of wood chips;
recommends Council adopt a resolution to support Bioenergy DP"TPlopment
Corporation' s 5-year renewal proposal to the Department of Energy.
