Your Committee on Economic Development to which was referred:
/Res. 692: PUBLIC AFFAIRS COALITION
Calls upon the Governor of Hawaii, President of the
Senate, and Speaker of the House to form a -"Public
Affairs Coalition" with representatives of labor, business
and the public whose principal task would be to reverse
the anti-business climate and to search for programs and
policies which can be translated into laws and regulations
that will meet the needs of the people of Hawaii;

recommends Council approve and adopt Resolution 692.
