Endorses a proposal for the establishment of a sister
city relationship with San Miguel, Portugal, and that
this endeavor be a joint effort of the County of
Hawaii , the Hawaii Island Portuguese Chamber of
Commerce and the Office of the Consulate of Portugal
(Hawaii)
