Judge Chillingworth is a retired Family Court Judge with the <br /> State of Hawai'i Judiciary where he served for over 20 years. He is a graduate of the <br /> Punahou School, the University of Colorado and the University of Denver College of <br /> Law. Judge Chillingworth is a lifelong resident of Hawai'i. <br /> Judge Chillingworth currently serves as Board President of the Waimea Preservation <br /> Association (Waimea Main Street) and a former boardmember and secretary of the <br /> West Hawai'i Mediation Service. <br /> Judge Chillingworth states he is not affiliated with any political party.
