Subject: Testimony to SUPPORT for Bill 13 to reduce Styrofoam
Aloha Council Members,
Please let's take action and start banning Styrofoam.
We know it is the right thing to do for the environment, marine life, our lives.
Styrofoam can be replaced with environmentally friendly compostable material which not cost much more and
long term will cost less.
I won't bore you with the scientific studies or emotional pleas.
It is up to all of us to preserve the precious environment of Hawaii. We cannot place a cost on this.
