Styrofoam litter spoils the beautiful pristine environment on which our recreational economy depends;Hawaii uses more styrofoam per capital than any other state.Finally;the costs of removal of styrofoam from storm sewers.and waste•streams is enormous.Theadditional cost of sustainable substitutes areinsignificant compared to the,above.benefits.Please ban.this plastic garbage!
