ONE-HALF OF ONE PERCENT WHOLESALE EXCISE .TAX RATE FOR.
FERTILIZERS 'AND PLANT NUTRIENTS
Supports the Hawaii Farm Bureau Federation' s effort to
have the State Legislature exempt fertilizers and plant
nutrients used to produce agricultural products from the
four percent excise tax and apply the one-half of one
percent wholesale excise tax rate to such materials;
(Intr. by: Mr. De Luz) .
recommends that the Council adopt Resolution 332. —
