Your Committee on Public Works to which was referred:
Comm. 18: 8TH ANNUAL GREAT WAIKOLOA RODEO AND HORSE RACE
"From Corporation Counsel Stephen G. Menezes, dated
November 26 , 1980 submitting for appropriate action
a letter from James J. Lium, Project Manager, Waikoloa
Village Association , requesting the closing of certain
roads in Waikoloa Village on Sunday, February 15, 1981
from .10:00 a.m. to 11: 00 a.m. for the parade .in
conjunction with their 8th Annual Great Waikoloa Rodeo
and Horse Race;
recommends Council approve the request of the Waikoloa Village Association
and recommend that they coordinate the closing of roads in Waikoloa Village
with the Departments of Police, Fire., Public, Works , and the Hawaii County
Hospital System.
