From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated December 12 , 1980 , submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also, that the roadway
has been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Alawaena
Heights Subdivision, .Waiakea, South Hilo; and recommends the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
