HOLUALOA 3rd, N. KONA, HAWAII
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated December 12 , 1980 , submitting for acceptance ,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also that the roadways
have been constructed according to County standards ;
recommends. Council accept the road dedication deed for the LOilani Sunset
Subdivision, Holualoa, 3rd, North Kona; and recommends the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
