From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated January 2 , 1981
transmitting for acceptance, a gift deed for lands from
Davies Hamakua Sugar Company for the construction and .
widening of Manienie Bridge. Informs the deed has been
approved as to form by the Corporation Counsel;
Pursuant to Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, recommends
acceptance of the gift deed of lands from Davies Hamakua Sugar
Company for the subject project.
Further recommends that the County Clerk write an appropriate letter
of thanks and appreciation on behalf of the County Council, to the
donor.
