Comm. 90 : 31st ANNUAL HAWAII COUNTY FAIR
From Dennis Yoshida, 31st Annual County Fair,
Chairman, Hilo Jaycees, dated, January 29, 1981 ,
requesting authorization to implement one-way '
vehicular traffic from south to north with no
parking on both sides of Manono Street, between
Kuawa and Piilani Streets on dates and times,
as listed, for their annual Hawaii County Fair.
Informs that adequate signs and controls will be
posted to inform motorists, should their request
be approved;
recommends. Council approve the request of the Hilo Jaycees and that
they coordinate the implementation of the one-way vehicular traffic
on Manono Street with the Departmentsof Police, Fire, Public Works
and the Hawaii County Hospital System.
