From Chief Engineer Edward Harada, dated
January 30 , 1981, requesting amendment to
Chapter 6 , (Traffic Code) , Article 12 , Schedule 7,
Section 1A, under South Hilo, to establish a
crosswalk on Waianuenue Avenue fronting the new
parking lot for Hilo Hospital;
recommends Council approve the request of the Chief Engineer and that
the proper amendment to the trafficcode be prepared by the
Corporation Counsel.
