From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated February 3,
1981, requesting amendment to Chapter 6, Article 8,
Section 5, Schedule 5, to authorize a twenty five
mile per hour speed limit on middle Keei Road,
South Kona;
recommends Council approve the requestof the Chief Engineer and that
the proper amendment to the traffic code be prepared by the Corporation
Counsel—
