• From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated February 5, 1981, submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also, that the roadway has been constructed
according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed- for McCoy Plantation, - 1
Increment I, Part B, South Kona; and that the documents be forwarded
to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
