February 10, 198,1 requesting amendment to
Chapter 6, (Traffic Code) , Article 16 , Schedule 14 ,
Section 2D, to authorize a freight loading and
unloading zone on the Old Volcano Highway in
Keaau Village;
recommends Council approve the request of the Chief Engineer and
that the proper amendment to the traffic code be prepared by the
Corporation Counsel.
