From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated February 12 , 1981, submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also that the roadway has been constructed
according to County standards;
•
recommends Council accept the. road dedication deed for Kaomola
p
Subdivision., Increment 2, Lalamilo, Waimea, South Kohala; and that
the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
