Comm. 142 : ROAD DEDICATION DEED
KONA INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 4
KEAHUOLU, NORTH KONA
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter
dated February 17, 1981 submitting for acceptance,
the road dedication deed, grant of easement and
right-of-way, and bill of sale (of sewer system)
for the subject subdivision. Informs the
descriptions have been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also, thatthe roadways have been constructed
according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for the Kona
Industrial Subdivision, Unit 4 , Keahuolu, North Kona; and that the
documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
