From Robert D. Triantos, Carlsmith, Carlsmith,
Wichman and Case, dated February 19 , 1981,
submitting for acceptance the subject dedication
deed. Informs the description was incorrect as
the Map No. was incorrect and have substituted
a correct page one after contacting and
consulting their clients;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Keaau Land
Company, Ltd. , and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau
of Conveyances for recordation.
