From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated
February 13, 1981 informing the reversion of
Haili Street to two-way traffic in the
morning is working and requests repeal of
Item 2 under Schedule 6 (one-way streets) ,
Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) , Article 10 ,
Section 1;
recommends Council approve the request of the Chief Engineer and
that the proper amendment to the traffic code be prepared by the
Corporation Counsel.
