From Barbara Adler, dated February 24, 19 81 requesting
stop and yield signs be standardized at the
intersections of Bayfront and Pauahi, and Bayfront
and Waianuenue due to confusion as to who has the
right-of-way at these intersections;
recommends Council refer the communication to the State Department
of Transportation, Highways Division, for their consideration.
