KALAOA INTAKE SITE AND A PORTION OF A
10 FEET WIDE PIPELINE EASEMENT
From H. William Sewake, Manager, Department
of Water Supply, dated March 3, 1981
transmitting a deed quitclaiming property
to Mauna Kea Sugar Company, Inc. , consisting
of an intake site and an existing pipeline
within the cane field which are not in use •
and have been abandoned by their department;
recommends Council accept the deed quitclaiming property to
Mauna Kea Sugar Company, Inc. and that the documents b.e. :.forwarded
to the BureauofConveyances for recordation.
