From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes, dated
March 5, 1981, transmitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also, that the roadway
has been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Oceanic
Properties, Inc. , Grantor, Kaauhuhu Makai Subdivision, North Kohala;
and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of Conveyances for
recordation.
