From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes, dated
March 6 , 1981,. transmitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deeds. Informs the descriptions
have been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Department of Public Works; also, that the roadways
have been constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deeds fo.x. Keauhou Uka
Subdivision, Unit II, Kapalaalaea 2nd., North Kona; and that the documents
be forwarded to the Bureau. of Conveyances for. recordation.
