From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes,
dated March 6, 1981, transmitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed, grant of easement and
bill of sale. Informs the descriptions have been
checked and found to be acceptable by the Department
of Public Works; also, that the roadway has been
constructed according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed, grant of easement -
and bill of sale for the Kona Industrial Subdivision, Unit 5, Keahuolu,
North Kona; and that the documents be forwarded to the Bureau of
Conveyances for recordation.
