•-6omm. 170: SIGN VARIANCEREQUEST
From Kenneth Fujiyama, General Partner,
Komohana Hui and Komohana ' 75, dated March 3 , 1981,
requesting a variance to retain their subdivision
sign as identification after• completion of the
Sunrise Ridge Subdivision above the intersection
of Komohana and Kukuau Streets. Informs the sign
will consist of 9" high, oxidized cast bronze
letters which will read "Sunrise Ridge" mounted
on three feet high concrete walls of hollow tile
on each side of the entrance.
. 170 . 1: From Chief Engineer Edward Harada dated April 8, 1981,
recommending approval of the sign variance request
with conditions, as listed.
recommends Council approve the sign variance request of Komohana Hui
and Komohana ' 75, subject to the conditions as contained in C-170.1.
