PONAHAWAI, S . HILO
From Corporation Counsel Stephen J. Menezes ,
dated April 10, 1981, submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
alsothat the roadway has been constructed according
to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for. Kapikookalani
Subdivision, Ponahawai, South Hilo, and that the documents be forwarded
to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
