From Deputy Corporation Counsel A. Scott Leithead
dated May 4, 1981 submitting for acceptance, the
subject dedication deed. Informs the description
has been checked and found to be acceptable by the
Public Works Department and that the roadway has
been constructed according to County standards ;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Kainana
Subdivision, Holualoa 3rd, North Kona, and that the documents be forwarded
to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
