S. HILO, HAWAII
GRANTOR: PYRAMID HOLDING COMPANY
From Deputy Corporation Counsel Sandra E. Pechter,
dated May 27 , 1981, submitting for acceptance,
the subject dedication deed. Informs the
description has been checked and found to be
acceptable by the Department of Public Works;
also that the roadway has been constructed
according to County standards;
recommends Council accept the road dedication deed for Honomu
Country Estates, South Hilo; and that the documents be forwarded
to the Bureau of Conveyances for recordation.
